These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and abt88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at abt88.io, including all games, betting markets, features, promotions, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the period requested will result in suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawals pending compliance.

To access the full range of abt88 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the abt88 platform. The registration and operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. abt88 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect and close duplicate accounts. All balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

• You must notify abt88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another person.

abt88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the integrity of the platform is at risk.

All financial transactions on the abt88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abt88 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional banking methods may be made available from time to time at the discretion of abt88.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to your abt88 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation from your chosen MFS provider. abt88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless prior written approval has been obtained from abt88 support. abt88 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.

• Players may only withdraw funds that represent genuine gaming activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without significant game play may be flagged as suspicious activity.
• abt88 is not liable for delays caused by the player's MFS provider, network outages, or third-party payment processors.

abt88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to players ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general Bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused Bonus funds will expire automatically.

All bets placed on the abt88 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. General betting conduct rules include the following:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. abt88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except where provided for in specific in-play betting rules.

In the event of a conflict between provider rules and abt88 platform rules, abt88's platform rules shall prevail.

• Opening or using an account while self-excluded, or assisting another self-excluded person to access the platform.

• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security controls.

Upon termination, abt88 will return any undisputed real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, after deducting any amounts owed to the platform and any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and your remaining real-money balance will be returned via your most recent withdrawal method.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the platform, or any transaction conducted through abt88, the following process shall apply:

• Step 3 — Final Decision: The decision of abt88's disputes officer shall be final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law. abt88 does not seek to exclude or limit liability in circumstances where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
